8 Ate 7 Up is a great multimeter warmup that really gets the hands and brain going. This warmup switches from 8/8 time signatures to 7/8 time signatures resulting in an irregular patterned warmup. This is a great replacement to those who are bored with Straight Eights, Sevens, or Nines.

Duh-Duh Doubles is a simple doubles exercise designed to assist in the development of diddle control. Duh-Duh Doubles also contains 3/4 sections that quickly allow an individual to understand the difference between 4/4 and 3/4 time signatures.

8 ta' 8 ta' 16 is a standard format straights exercise that adds an extra 8 16th notes per hand to the simple Straight Eights exercise. Resulting in a pattern that goes from 8 to 8, then to 16. This exercise is a great first warmup for any level drumline simply to get the blood flowing.

Straight Sevens is very similar to the Level 1 Straight Eights exercise. The only difference is that where Straight Eights plays eight notes per hand, Straight Sevens plays seven notes per hand. This is a great replacement for Straight Eights if you or your line has a firm concept of how the eighth notes and time siguatres work and are ready to move on to something a little different.

Double it is another great doubles exercise that helps develop doubles and "diddles". This is a great warmup for beginner lines who are learning how to execute clean rolls and diddle control.

Countdown is a simple accent tap warmup that simply counts down from 16 on a hand all the way down to 2 on a hand by dividing the previous sequence by two. This is a simple warmup that can be used for many different reasons.
