8 Ate 7 Up is a great multimeter warmup that really gets the hands and brain going. This warmup switches from 8/8 time signatures to 7/8 time signatures resulting in an irregular patterned warmup. This is a great replacement to those who are bored with Straight Eights, Sevens, or Nines.
